The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a healthy, innovative atmosphere through one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced within the educational domain. Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual and group therapy to educational professionals. Develop personalized treatment plans in line with both psychological best practices and strategic objectives of educational institutions. Collaborate closely with other healthcare specialists and administrative staff to integrate therapeutic practices with broader educational goals. Facilitate workshops and seminars aimed at stress management, conflict resolution, and effective communication within the educational framework. Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy strategies, ensuring consistent alignment with personal and organizational growth. Strong expertise in clinical or counseling psychology. Proven ability to design and lead therapy sessions for diverse groups. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at conflict resolution and motivational interviewing.
