Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in personalized rehabilitation therapy, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with physical therapists to implement specific treatment plans designed to help patients regain or enhance their physical abilities. Our ideal candidate is patient-focused, diligent, and enthusiastic about delivering therapeutic care in a supportive and dynamic environment. Assist physical therapists in providing direct therapy services according to treatment plans approved by the physician. Document patient’s response to treatment and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Help patients perform specific exercises as part of the plan of care. Train patients on how to use therapeutic exercise techniques effectively. Assist in the use of devices like prosthetic and orthotic devices. Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment. Adhere to confidentiality obligations and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands of the position. Understanding of therapeutic and rehabilitation techniques. Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records. Capability to comply with all safety and health regulations. 401k Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice. CPR certification.
