Job Description:
Interstate Waste Services, a leader in the waste management
industry within the U.S. Northeast region, is seeking an
experienced Head of Residential Sales to oversee and expand our
residential sales operations. This role is crucial for driving
growth by enhancing customer engagement, growing sales revenues,
and ensuring superior service delivery in alignment with our
commitment to sustainability and community health. The ideal
candidate will be adept at crafting strategic sales plans, forging
strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a dynamic
sales team towards achieving set objectives in a competitive
market. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase residential
sales and market share. Manage sales budgets and forecasts to
optimize profitability and revenue growth. Lead, train, and mentor
the residential sales team to ensure they are equipped with the
necessary skills. Establish and maintain sustainable relationships
with municipal officials, community leaders, and customers.
Collaborate with marketing to devise effective promotional
strategies. Report directly to senior management with performance
metrics and strategic recommendations. Ensure compliance with
industry regulations and company standards. Strong leadership and
team management skills Solid understanding of the waste management
and recycling industry Excellent strategic planning and execution
Superb interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in CRM
software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze market
