to $100,000 JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements (include but are not
limited to): You must be bright, outgoing and personable with the
ability to connect with our customers and make them feel as a
welcomed guest in our home. At least 1 year of professional
customer service experience or sales is preferred. Previous retail
sales experience a plus Outstanding communication skills in both
verbal and written. Confidence in your ability to be successful. A
desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment.
Great attitude with high-energy personality. Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to): Automotive Sales Representatives
/ Sales Consultants demonstrate automobiles by explaining
characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives;
comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties
and services. Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants
prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport
with previously sold customers. Automotive Sales Representatives /
Sales Consultants maintain high CSI scores. Automotive Sales
Representatives / Sales Consultants maintain an owner follow up
system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes
to customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of incoming inventory,
features, accessories and how they benefit customers.
