You’re not here to take orders — you’re here to hunt. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close commercial maintenance agreements that lock in long-term clients and keep their systems running. You’ll own the relationship. You’ll own the numbers. You’ll own your success. What You’ll Do: Prospect and close new maintenance clients in the Greater Philadelphia area Expand and upsell existing customer agreements Conduct site walks, assess system needs, and build tailored proposals Serve as the point person between client and technical team Represent CKV with confidence at industry events and job sites Track your metrics.
