Join a well-established, physician-owned group in Pennsylvania's
Lehigh Valley. This is a full-time General Anesthesia position with
a strong lifestyle component and excellent earning potential. Key
Details: Main sites: Bethlehem (Level 1 trauma) & Easton (L&D,
3000 deliveries/year) 15 hospitals, 3 ASCs; 80% of time at main
sites Additional time at smaller community hospitals Call: 1 in 8
(home call), 4 weekdays 6 - 7 weekends/year Voluntary extra calls =
$70K - 80K Compensation & Benefits: Total compensation: $600K, with
additional earning potential 2-year partnership track with
equal-share model ($2,500 buy-in) 100% employer-funded 401(k) (max
