you'll play a vital role in our retail operations, ensuring that
our inventory is well-managed while also engaging with customers to
help them find the perfect products for their needs. Working here

satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory levels,
ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of products
on the sales floor. - Assist customers in a friendly and
knowledgeable manner, providing product recommendations and
answering questions about cannabis products. - Process sales
transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale
system. - Maintain a clean and organized sales environment,
ensuring that products are displayed attractively and in compliance
with regulations. - Collaborate with team members to create a
positive shopping experience and foster a welcoming atmosphere. -
Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in the
implementation of inventory control procedures. Salary $20 - $25
USD per hour Required Skills - Must be 21 years or older to comply
with state regulations. - Previous experience in retail or customer
service, preferably in a cannabis or related industry. - Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory
effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
engage with customers and team members. - Basic math skills for
handling transactions and inventory counts. - Ability to work
flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Desired Skills -
Familiarity with cannabis products, strains, and consumption
methods. - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and
inventory management software. - A passion for the cannabis
industry and a desire to educate others about its benefits. -
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute
