Job Description:
engin is hiring a Director of Marketing & Growth to own demand
generation and go-to-market execution across staffing agencies and
enterprise employers for the engin Recruitment Marketing &
Automation platform. This role sits at the intersection of brand,
pipeline, and product,responsible for driving net-new demand,
accelerating sales cycles, and building a category-defining
presence in the staffing and recruiting technology market. You'll
lead and execute multi-channel B2B marketing programs targeting
senior buyers including CMOs / VPs of Marketing at staffing firms
and CHROs / VPs of Talent / Recruiting at enterprise organizations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage
environments (Seed / Series A), collaborates deeply with Sales and
SDRs, and knows how to turn positioning into pipeline. This role
will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Leadership,
Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape messaging, launch new
capabilities, and scale predictable growth. Location preference is
NYC, but open to strong remote candidates. Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth Own engin's demand generation
strategy across net-new, nurture, lifecycle, and pipeline
acceleration motions Design and execute campaigns that support
outbound, inbound, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Partner closely with Sales and SDRs to align campaigns to ICPs,
target accounts, and revenue goals Build and optimize multi-touch
programs that move buyers from awareness ? evaluation ? closed-won
Track performance across the funnel and continuously optimize for
conversion, velocity, and CAC Account-Based & Enterprise Marketing
Plan and run ABM campaigns targeting staffing firms and enterprise
employers Develop tailored messaging and content for key personas
(CMO, CHRO, VP Talent, VP Recruiting) Support enterprise deal
cycles with enablement assets, case studies, competitive
positioning, and sales collateral Collaborate with Sales on account
insights, intent signals, and pipeline prioritization Brand,
Content & Product Marketing Own engin's positioning and narrative
for staffing and HR technology audiences Create and oversee content
across website, email, LinkedIn, webinars, case studies, and
thought leadership Translate product capabilities into clear
customer value and differentiated messaging Support product
launches, feature announcements, and roadmap storytelling Ensure
consistent brand voice across all external channels Performance &
Digital Marketing Manage and optimize paid media across LinkedIn
Advertising Solutions and other performance channels Own campaign
execution in HubSpot, Apollo, and related growth tooling Experiment
with new channels, formats, and tools to drive efficient growth on
a lean budget Analyze performance data and report on campaign
impact, pipeline contribution, and ROI AI-Native Marketing &
Tooling Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to
increase speed, quality, and output across marketing workflows
Continuously explore and implement new AI-enabled tools to support
content creation, research, personalization, and analysis Help
engin operate like a much larger marketing team through automation
and smart systems Salary $90000 - $130000 USD per month Required
Skills 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand
generation roles Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed or
Series A) where you owned execution end-to-end Proven experience
marketing to staffing firms, HR teams, or enterprise B2B buyers
Hands-on experience with demand gen, ABM, lifecycle, and pipeline
acceleration campaigns Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales
cycles and sales/marketing alignment Comfortable operating across
brand, content, product marketing, and performance marketing Highly
analytical and comfortable measuring impact across the funnel
Desired Skills Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing
recruiting, HR tech, staffing, or workforce technology products
Familiarity with healthcare staffing, skilled trades, or
high-volume hiring industries Hands-on experience with HubSpot,
Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, and B2B marketing analytics Strong
copywriting and storytelling skills grounded in real buyer pain
points 1 year of practical AI usage in daily marketing workflows
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or
