Job Description:

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is partnering with a stand-out NY/NJ based digital marketing company to recruit for a Digital Content Creator. Working in-studio, you will concept and create social media content across multiple channels to produce visually compelling and product-focused content. This position does require you to be onsite in Passaic, NJ 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday)
The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience and understand working cross-functionally with account management, creative, and production teams
• Be collaborative and can meet rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments, and be open to receiving feedback
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards content creation
• Can direct and create video content in studio for brands on their own
• You pay attention to trends and have a proven track record of growth
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and are eager to evolve your skills in social and digital content (mobile creator apps, in-app editing on TikTok and IG as examples)
• Understand the difference between a creative idea and tactical execution, and can producing both effectively
• Know the ins-and-outs of social media trends
• Be flexible in working both autonomously and more closely with team when developing and executing concepts.
  Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of creative and/or content production experience in a marketing, e-commerce or editorial setting
  • Expert at Social Media Content Creation (personally and/or professionally)
  • Video or design education OR equivalent relevant experience
  • All applicants will be asked to provide relevant work examples from social media accounts
  • Experience creating content for brands
