At Brink's, a leader in security and protection services, we are excited to offer the position of Coin Processor within our esteemed Currency Processing team. This role is crucial in the management and processing of coin deposits, ensuring accuracy and safety in every transaction. The Coin Processor is responsible for sorting, counting, and packaging coins, operating coin processing machines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies and federal regulations. This position demands high attention to detail, reliability, and an adherence to strict security procedures. Operate coin sorting and counting machines efficiently. Verify totals and prepare deposits for customers following standard procedures. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on coin processing equipment. Comply with all security and safety procedures established by Brink’s and regulatory bodies. Assist in the assessment and implementation of new processing technologies. Conduct oneself in a manner that upholds the integrity and professionalism of Brink’s. Strong counting and sorting skills Ability to operate mechanical devices used in coin processing Detailed oriented and meticulous Basic troubleshooting skills Proficient in using computer and data entry systems Able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Cash Handler (CCH) preferred. CPR and First Aid certification could be advantageous.
