Job Description Job Description SUMMARY : Will assist in installing epoxy floor coatings in designated locations in a safe and courteous manner and in accordance with established standards and procedures. You will be working with various materials, using tools and equipment to grind and prepare residential and commercial concrete floors, followed by the application of numerous types of (resinous) floor coatings. You will follow the directions of the Lead Crew Member. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist in preparing and installing ’resinous floors’ in homes and/or businesses in accordance with established standards and procedures; always maintains safety and professionalism. Assists in the day-to-day duties required for each project. Assist in reviewing the completion of a finished project, ensuring it is completed to the highest of standards prior to departure from installation site. Assists crew leader in maintaining inventory control of assigned equipment to ensure adequate stock levels; participates in form inventory process on a regularly scheduled basis. Assists in maintaining control of all assigned company property and ensures that equipment is always maintained in safe operating condition. Safely operates assigned company vehicle and ensures that it is maintained according to manufacturer’s specifications. Exhibits appearance and conduct in accordance with established company standards to present a professional image to customers and the general public; maintains the highest degree of decency, honesty, and integrity as a guest in a customers’ home and/or business. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS : Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Frequently exposure to outside weather conditions. Frequently exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather). Frequently loud noise (examples: large machinery equipment). Frequently very loud noise (example: jack hammer work).
