Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting various shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead Location: Phillipsburg, NJ Pay Range: $19-23/hourly Shift: 7am-3:30pm (1st shift) 12pm-9pm (2nd shift - Schedule: Monday through Sunday , with two days off alternating weekly - Overtime as needed What's the Job? Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to meet productivity goals Assist in training new employees and maintaining safety standards Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency What's Needed? Ability to communicate effectively in bilingual settings Strong leadership and team management skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required What's in it for me?
