H&K Group, Inc., a respected leader in the construction materials industry since 1968, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Rock Truck Driver to join our Field Operations team. The Rock Truck Driver will be responsible for operating heavy-duty trucks that transport rock, dirt, and other materials on and between our project sites across the Mid-Atlantic region. This role is crucial in supporting our missions to provide top-tier construction and contracting services, ensuring materials are moved safely and effectively in alignment with project timelines and safety standards. Operate rock trucks and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Transport materials such as rock, gravel, and dirt between various project sites. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety conditions before each shift. Maintain accurate logs of material transportation and report any discrepancies or issues. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines at all times, ensuring secure and safe transportation. Communicate effectively with site management and other team members to coordinate operations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment. Proven experience in operating rock trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and under minimal supervision. Good physical condition and hand-eye coordination. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Medical Insurance 401k Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Safety training and/or certification relevant to heavy equipment operation
