This position plays a vital role in our mission to protect the environment by ensuring safe and compliant transport of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials from customer sites to designated facilities. Operate Class B vehicles in compliance with company rules and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with company guidelines and environmental laws Ensure accurate and appropriate documentation accompanies all shipments Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks Report any issues or concerns immediately to management Assist in loading and unloading vehicles Ensure that all practices are carried out with the highest regard to safety and environmental protection Proficiency in operating Class B vehicles Knowledge of hazardous waste handling and transportation regulations Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic mechanical skills for vehicle inspection and minor repairs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HME) preferred Clean Driving Record DOT Medical Card
