associate to join its Real Estate Practice in any of their Boston,
Hartford and/or Stamford offices. Qualified candidates must have
3-5 years of law firm experience with complex and sophisticated
commercial transactions. The candidate must have experience in the
following areas: title and survey review, complex acquisition,
disposition, leasing and finance transactions. Experience with
common interest communities; business entity formation, resolutions
and record keeping; multi-layered and/or public/private financing;
and environmental law a plus. Superior academic record and
excellent writing skills. Connecticut Bar Admission and/or
Massachusetts Bar Admission preferred.
