Job Description:
The Trading Product Area Leader for Fidelity Digital Assets will
spearhead initiatives within the cryptocurrency trading platform to
enhance product offerings, manage project pipelines, and lead the
strategic planning aspect of product development. This role
combines in-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies with
exquisite financial acumen to oversee the integration of new
digital asset features and ensure that all product developments
align with Fidelity's high standards and strategic business goals.
Direct the lifecycle management of new and existing digital asset
trading products. Collaborate with IT and Data Management teams to
align digital asset solutions with broader technology
infrastructure. Conceive and manage market research to stay ahead
of industry trends and customer needs. Lead cross-functional teams
in the development, launch, and continuous refinement of product
offerings. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and
risk management requirements. In-depth understanding of blockchain
technology and digital currencies Strong program and project
management abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced, highly technical environment
