Job Description Job Description Role Summary: The Sign Fabrication Manager oversees daily production at the Philadelphia facility, leading the fabrication team to deliver high-quality custom signage on schedule. This hands-on role manages workflows, quality control, welding and assembly, and coordinates closely with project management to ensure safe and successful installations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day fabrication and production operations Supervise fabrication and installation teams Ensure quality standards and project timelines are met Oversee welding, assembly, and workflow planning Coordinate with Project Management for safe, consistent installs Enforce safety and quality procedures Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or signage preferred Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes Production and operations management experience Lean Manufacturing background (Six Sigma preferred) Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Familiarity with safety standards in production environments Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
