designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies
to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of
multiple myeloma. Legend Biotech is seeking Compensation Analyst as
part of the Total Rewards team based in Somerset, NJ. Role Overview
The Compensation Analyst is a key contributor within the Total
Rewards Center of Excellence, responsible for executing daily
compensation operations and delivering accurate, data-driven
insights. This role owns core data processes across compensation
planning, equity administration, labor cost reporting, and market
benchmarking. The Compensation Analyst applies strong analytical
skills, attention to detail, and process discipline to ensure
compensation programs run smoothly and align with company
standards. Key Responsibilities Annual Compensation Planning
Execution: Own the preparation and validation of data templates for
merit, promotion, and bonus planning. Manage data uploads and
reporting during annual review cycles. Ensure accuracy and
timeliness of compensation data in partnership with HRIS and HR
teams. Equity Plan Operations: Maintain equity data including grant
records, vesting schedules, and reporting. Support operational
execution of equity transactions and employee communications.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with plan guidelines. Labor
Cost Modeling & Reporting: Own the data and analytics work
supporting labor cost modeling and monthly reporting. Prepare
compensation reports and dashboards for HR and Finance. Identify
data trends and variances to support workforce planning.
Compensation Surveys & Benchmarking: Manage compensation survey
submissions and data validation. Analyze survey results and prepare
summaries to support market pricing and job evaluations. Reporting
& Analytics: Build and maintain recurring compensation reports and
visualizations. Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting
tools. Deliver insights to support compensation decisions and
program evaluation. Policy & Guideline Maintenance: Maintain
documentation for compensation policies, guidelines, and standard
operating procedures. Support updates and ensure consistent
application across HR teams. Job Evaluation & Pricing Support:
Conduct initial job evaluations and market pricing using survey
data. Partner with HRBPs to gather job information and support
leveling and pricing recommendations. Recognition Program
Operations: Manage operational aspects of the global recognition
platform, including award tracking and reporting. Support system
configuration, vendor coordination, and usage monitoring.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business,
Finance, or related field.: 2–3 years of experience in
compensation, HR operations, or data analytics. Detail-oriented
with strong organizational and time management skills. Effective
communication and collaboration skills. High level of integrity and
discretion in handling sensitive data. Advanced Proficiency of
Excel- Pivot tables, macros Familiar with compensation systems and
HRIS platforms (Workday preferred). Experience with reporting tools
(e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Li-BG1 Li-Hybrid The
anticipated base pay range is $93,463 - $122,670 USD Benefits We
