Plan, direct, and coordinate all catering operations, ensuring compliance with quality, service, and operational standards. Develop menus and oversee the culinary teams in the creation of high-quality, well-presented food items that meet client needs and preferences. Handle logistics, including staffing, equipment, and space management, to ensure seamless event execution. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and customizing services to enhance their dining experience. Monitor budgeting and financial management for catering events to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency. Implement and enforce safety and sanitation regulations within all food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety codes. Train and mentor staff in exceptional service delivery while promoting a positive, productive work environment.
