(Full-Time) Location: Gillette, WY Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

Internal Medicine physician to lead our Complex Care Clinic in a
state-of-the-art medical facility. This is not traditional primary
care. It’s an opportunity for a top-tier medical problem solver to
work at the forefront of patient care—managing the most difficult,
multi-system cases and driving innovation in diagnostics and
treatment. Key Responsibilities: Solve the Unsolvable: Diagnose and
manage medically complex and refractory multi-system conditions.
Lead & Collaborate: Partner with a dynamic, multidisciplinary
team—including Neurology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Nephrology,
Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology, and others—to develop and
implement advanced care strategies. Provide Comprehensive Care:
Serve as a primary care provider when not engaged in complex
diagnostic cases. Innovate Continuously: Contribute to clinical
research, advancements in care delivery, and ongoing quality
