is seeking an experienced Travel ED RN to join a high-volume
Emergency Department in Meriden, CT. The ideal candidate will have
recent ED experience in a fast-paced environment with patient
visits exceeding 150 per day and EPIC documentation experience.
Assignment Details: • Duration: 13 weeks • Shifts: Nights (7p –
7:30a), 3 x 12-hour shifts per week • Rotation: Every other weekend
and every other holiday • No on-call required Qualifications: •
Current CT RN license – Required • BLS Certification – Required •
Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience – Required • Experience in
a high-volume ED (>150 visits/day) – Required • EPIC experience
within the past 6 months – Required • Strong assessment, critical
thinking, and communication skills Duties & Responsibilities: •
Provide professional nursing care in a fast-paced ED setting •
Assess, triage, and manage patients using acute care nursing skills
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform other patient care
procedures • Accurately document patient care and progress in EPIC
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary ED staff to ensure timely and
quality patient care • Follow hospital policies, protocols, and
