Requirements: When accepting this offer, traveler is committing
that this is their primary contract and there are no other time off
and scheduling requests other than what is preapproved in this
offer. RTO : RTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submission
will not be accepted. Please ensure your traveler does not have any
time off planned that will prevent them from completing pre-start
compliance on time for the proposed start date. Block Scheduling
cannot be accommodated. Interview Availability Please provide a
range of 3-5 days for potential interview times (travelers with
provided interview times will be prioritized) Local Radius : 50

Childline and FP result from within 5 years of start they must go
in at the earliest offered fingerprint date or risk being cancelled
as results take up to 2 weeks to process, these cannot pend. Valid

Offers : Managers have 48 hours to review, interview and confirm a
traveler for an Auto Offer. Attention Recruiter : Pass/Fail Exam
required for all clinical candidates except for: Behavioral Health,
OR, RRTs, CNAs, remote Telephone Triage positions, Transitional
Skilled Unit, and Outpatient Infusion RNs. This is required for
clearance; candidates will only have 3 attempts to pass. A 3 rd
attempt will result in an automatic cancellation. There is no
clinical remediation approved for this hospital system. Modules :
If completed in the first 8 hours of orientation, modules are
non-billable, any time spent on modules after first 8 hours of
