Cardiac Anesthesiology opening in New JerseyLocated in Passaic, NJ - NYC 35mFull Time; PermanentEmployedSeeking BE/BC Responsibilities:293-bed acute-care facilityAdminister various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC), tailored to the specific needs of cardiac surgery patients.Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments of cardiac surgery patients, including review of medical history, anesthesia risks, and cardiac status evaluation.Monitor hemodynamic parameters, cardiac function, and intraoperative blood volume status during cardiac surgical procedures, adjusting anesthesia levels and medications as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.Manage anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence phases with precision, ensuring hemodynamic stability and effective pain control throughout the surgical procedure.Coordinate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and seamless intraoperative management of cardiac surgery patients.
