This role is vital in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our clientele, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of individuals within educational and corporate settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology or counseling, with a proven track record of effective therapeutic interventions that enhance individual and team performance, resilience, and collaboration in high-stakes environments. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional, psychological, and systemic challenges. Develop and implement strategic treatment plans tailored to the clients' needs within the educational and corporate sectors. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate therapeutic approaches with developmental goals. Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure effectiveness. Provide crisis intervention services when needed. Conduct workshops and seminars to promote mental health awareness and practices within educational and corporate settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience with behavioral modification plans and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Skill in crisis management and intervention.
