Job Description:
Community Health offers a collaborative, team-oriented

Position: Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in
pediatrics, providing mental health treatment to children and
supporting their families in primary care settings.
Key duties include offering emotional support, conducting social
assessments, developing care plans, delivering individual, family,
and group therapy, and educating families on coping strategies and
resources.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining
detailed documentation are essential.
Requires a Master--------s degree in social work, counseling, or
related field, licensure, and preferably pediatric and primary care
experience.
