Job Description:
*Immediate Job Opportunity Available**Seeking FT SLP for our
Just Kids William Floyd site.*Just Kids is a group of specialized
preschools in Suffolk & Nassau County, Long Island, serving
children with a wide range of disabilities from three to five years
of age.Seeking FT or PT SLP's for our Patchogue-Medford
site.*Requirements:** Must possess a Master's Degree (M.A. or M.S.)
in Speech/Language Pathology or Communication Sciences from an
accredited college or university.* Must hold a valid Certification
as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped or equivalent from
NYS Education Department (Division of Teacher Certification).*
License and current registration from the NYS Education Department
(Division of Professional Licensing) to practice in the State of NY
as a Speech Pathologist.*General Duties: *Perform individual and
small group speech - language therapy sessions as stated on each
child's IEP. Work collaboratively with teachers, occupational
therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and social workers.
Paperwork to include daily log notes, tracking of progress,
quarterlies on IEP Direct and annuals.*Benefits for Full Time
