We truly have a great team and we are looking for a technician that will only add to our existing dynamic.*What Youll Be Working On** Assist veterinarians with exams, vaccinations, treatments, surgery, dentistry, and animal restraint* Administer anesthetics or sedatives under the direction of a veterinarian* Surgical prep, pre- and post-op care, venipuncture, and IV catheter placement* Taking radiographic images and performing sample collections, including cystocentesis* Microscope slide preparation and reading for cytology, blood smears* Obtain and document patient medical information* Build and maintain client relationships* Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care - verbal and written.*Qualifications** Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterinary medicine required* Experience with animal restraint, general animal care, surgical experience, pre- and post-op care, dental, and radiographic imaging required* Flexible Scheduling - Rotating Evening Shifts Required* Demonstrated passion for patient care and client service* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills* Proficient with computers, able to learn required software programs* Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives* Strong commitment to ethics and integrity* Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning* Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail*Whats In It For You** Base salary plus annual holiday bonus eligibility.
