Job Description:

This is a full-time position. Hours: M-F 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.

Our physical medicine and rehabilitation medical office is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English Speaking) Front Desk to join our team.

You'll be in charge of all patients coming in and out of the office, helping patients with paperwork, scheduling patients, and ensuring our office is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
--- Responsible for the patient schedule for 5+ providers
--- Job includes making phone calls to patients and answering the phone
--- Maintain order with patient filing, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, etc.
--- Responsible for checking in all patients, giving the correct paperwork, routing them to the correct provider

Qualifications:
--- Must have 2+ years of medical office experience.
--- Plus if you have experience in an integrated physical medicine and rehabilitation office
--- We use Chiro Touch for EMR - not mandatory, but it would be a huge bonus if you have experience using Chiro Touch
--- Must be able to handle large flows of people at one time
--- Must be able to independently think and work
--- Must be very friendly and want to help patients get better
--- Bilingual - Spanish and English speaking
