[Hybrid] NYC - Morristown, NJ - Purchase, NY - Charlotte, NCOur client is a global insurance and reinsurance leader built on integrity, collaboration, and innovation. We're looking for a VP of Global IT Service Desk to oversee daily operations of their IT support function.What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a global IT Service Desk (Tier 1-3 support)
Oversee vendor relationships, incident management, and SLAs
Supervise on-site and outsourced support teams across all regions
Drive operational and strategic improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and user experienceWhat You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure/service desk roles, with 5+ in leadership
- Experience managing large, global, multilingual support teams
- Strong communication, vendor management, and strategic thinking skills
