skilled in driving sanitation and cleaning programs across multiple
locations. At least 5 years of experience leading sanitation

continues to expand. Job Details A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Full
oversite of 3 facilities 1. Sanitation Daily (Use of Work Orders)
Sanitation (Work Orders) Weekly Down Day Cleaning Adherence Habits
of Production and Sanitation Crews Ingredient Sections SSOP –
(Allergen) 2. Pest Management Rodent Control Devices Fly Lights Out
of the Ordinary 3. Waste Management Proper Disposal of Waste Proper
Containment 4. Budget Create facility level budgets B.
DOCUMENTATION Work Orders (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly,
Semi-Annually, Annually) Master Sanitation Schedule upkeep Daily /
Weekly Test of PH Titration of Chemicals Upkeep of inventory levels
of chemical, and utensils Bathroom Log (Male and Female) Dressing
Area Update Work Orders Scheduling of Sanitation Crew Requisition
