The Process Engineer is an essential member of Engineering Team responsible for ensuring that production processes and supporting systems are properly established, maintained, and improved for optimal product quality, throughput, and efficiency.Essential Duties
--- Generate and execute continuous improvement projects targeted to reduce waste, improve product quality, drive quality-at-the-source, and reduce manufacturing cycle time --- Utilize formal project management tools and work with cross functional project teams to develop and implement solutions--- Design and execute experiments/trials as part of root cause analysis --- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop action plans --- Utilize formal problem solving tools such as the DMAIC process and 6Sigma toolset --- Engage and lead Lean Manufacturing activities focused on Visual Factory, Cellularization, streamlined material flow, waste reduction, and inventory minimization --- Generate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) --- Install and maintain system BOM's & Routers for all products
--- Manage the procurement of new equipment including developing purchase specifications and supporting commissioning activities.REQUIREMENTS
--- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. --- Experience:
