Preschool Teacher Gen Ed. Job Description: Instructional Planning: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons tailored to the needs of each child. Collaboration: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and monitor the progress of children, adjusting instructional strategies and interventions as needed. Behavioral Management: Implement behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and communication with parents and other team members. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in PreK-3. Certification: Possession of appropriate PreK-3 teaching certification. Experience: Previous experience working with preschool-aged children. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals. Patience and Empathy: Patience and empathy are essential qualities when working with young children who have diverse learning needs. Adaptability: The ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet the individual needs of each child. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Technology Skills: Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and communication.
