Job Description:
Overview: Rate: $23.50 Job Summary: The Emergency Services
Coordinator Supervisor will supervise Emergency Services
Coordinators in operations and Audits. They will ensure compliance
in local and State Fire Regulations while expected to participate
in Fire Protection and assist the EMS team when necessary.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure
calls for service are answered promptly and efficiently by members
of the Division of Safety – Fire. - Educate employees on safety
standards and procedures. - Maintain all Safety Department
equipment and supplies. - Ensure timely completion of all audits,
inspections, investigations, and other required documentation by
the ESC. - Provide recommendations for improving safety in the
workplace - Act as a liaison between the Park and external
partners, such as Fire and EMS agencies - Conduct Safety
inspections before or during construction projects to analyze
safety risks. - Prepare, conduct, and document training evolutions
for the ESC. - Ensure Compliance with appropriate NFPA, OSHA,
State, and Federal regulations. - Ensure high-quality guest
interaction between associates and the guests. - Conduct
scheduling, coaching, and employee development. - Maintain a
professional, friendly, and efficient environment for guests and
associates. - Complete any task assigned by the Emergency Services
Supervisor, Public Safety Supervisor, or Public Safety Manager
Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Must be at least 18
years old - Must possess a valid driver’s license at all times -
High school diploma, GED or equivalent - NJ Firefighter 1 Certified
- New Jersey Firefighter I certified, ICS – 100, ICS – 200.c
(in-person), IS – 700, IS – 800. ICS 100 (Introduction to ICS) -
Current EMT-B Certification (NJ State or Nationally Certified) -
Current and Valid CPR Certification. - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, including public speaking and presentation -
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective
professional relationships with employees and park leadership.
