Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings. • Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department. • Support home health initiatives by maintaining records and coordinating necessary tasks. • Organize and prepare datasets for reporting and analysis purposes. • Create and utilize data visualizations to support decision-making processes. • Maintain detailed documentation to support organizational needs and compliance requirements. • Assist in planning and executing administrative projects to improve workflow efficiency. • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and records. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and task completion. • Proven experience in administrative assistance or coordination roles. • Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments. • Strong communication skills, particularly in handling inbound calls. • Familiarity with home health operations and related administrative tasks. • Ability to prepare and organize datasets for reporting purposes. • Experience in creating data visualizations to support organizational goals. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in standard office software and tools, including spreadsheets and communication platforms.
