Options for Kids, our school-based Speech-Language Pathologists
play a critical role in helping students access learning through
effective communication. This role is designed for SLPs who value
collaboration, structure, and making a meaningful impact in a
school setting. /n/n In this position, you’ll provide speech and
language services to students with a range of communication needs,
support IEP goal development and implementation, and collaborate
closely with educators, families, and related service providers.
Your work will help students build the skills they need to
participate fully in the classroom and school community. /n/n If

degree or higher in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an
accredited institution /n /n /n/n /n - /n Active ASHA Certificate
of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing /n /n /n/n /n -
/n Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in PA
/n /n /n/n /n - /n 1 year of pediatric and/or school-based
experience preferred /n /n /n/n /n - /n Strong organizational and
time-management skills /n /n /n/n /n - /n Ability to maintain
confidentiality of student information /n /n /n/n /n - /n Knowledge
of evidence-based speech and language intervention practices /n /n
/n/n /n - /n Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
communication skills /n /n /n/n /n - /n Reliable transportation,
valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance /n /n
