Job Title: Senior Accountant Job Type: Direct Hire Location:
King of Prussia, PA (Onsite) Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 Overview: A
growing organization within the medical device industry is seeking
a Senior Accountant to join their expanding Finance team. This is
an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional
looking to take on a key role in financial reporting, operational
accounting, and strategic financial support within a collaborative
and fast-paced environment. The Senior Accountant will play an
integral role in managing core accounting functions, supporting
financial reporting, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and
contributing to ongoing financial process improvements. Featured

401(k) Key Responsibilities: · Oversee day-to-day accounting
operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
general ledger entries · Ensure financial transactions are recorded
accurately in accordance with GAAP · Prepare and review financial
statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash
flow statements · Generate financial reports for leadership,
auditors, and regulatory agencies as required · Assist with annual
budgeting and financial forecasting processes · Monitor budget
performance and provide financial analysis and recommendations ·
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and
opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth · Support tax
compliance activities including preparation and filing of
applicable tax returns · Coordinate and assist with internal and
external audits · Identify opportunities to improve accounting
processes and operational efficiencies · Supervise and mentor
junior accounting staff while supporting team development
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
required · CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred ·
5–7 years of progressive accounting experience · Prior experience
in a senior or supervisory accounting role preferred · 5 years of
experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system strongly
