the Role As a Senior Analyst within Seabury Aviation Partners and
its FINRA?registered broker-dealer affiliate, Seabury Securities ,
you’ll play a pivotal role supporting business development,
transaction execution, and strategic advisory engagements across
the global aviation sector. This position provides exposure to
mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, capital raising
(equity and debt), fleet and engine transactions, and other
specialized advisory assignments. You’ll operate within a
fast-paced, meritocratic environment where analysts are entrusted
with significant responsibility and direct client engagement. Key
Responsibilities You will collaborate closely with Vice Presidents
and senior team members to: Develop comprehensive financial
analyses, including financial models, business plans, valuations,
fleet and maintenance assessments, merger models, and financing
solutions. Prepare high-quality materials for both internal and
external stakeholders, such as pitch decks, restructuring
proposals, information memoranda, teasers, management
presentations, and investment memoranda. Maintain databases of
M&A precedent transactions and publicly traded comparables;
organize electronic files and virtual data rooms; manage
administrative tasks to facilitate transaction processes. Conduct
in-depth research and analysis of the airline and aviation
industry. Engage with client management and investment teams,
fostering professional relationships and collaboration. Contribute
to internal business development initiatives and support sales
efforts through the flawless execution of assignments and
development of sales materials. Support strategic alternatives
evaluations, divestitures, capital raises (equity & debt), and
other advisory assignments across the aviation industry. Undertake
additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor's degree, in finance,
business, engineering, mathematics or accounting. One to three
years of experience in consulting, investment banking, accounting,
airline finance, or private equity. Excellent analytical ability
including demonstrated capability in financial analysis (income
statement, balance sheet, cash flow), preferably involving the
airline industry or aviation-related businesses. Ability to
synthesize complex financial and industry data into polished
client-ready presentations. Detail orientation, strong
communication skills, and professionalism needed to engage directly
with aviation industry clients. A proactive, self-motivated mindset
suited to an entrepreneurial, high?responsibility environment.
Prior experience or demonstrated interest in investment banking,
aviation, restructuring, M&A, or related advisory work.
Demonstrated interest and experience in the global aviation
industry. A career-motivated professional who is self-confident,
self-starter, energetic, and possesses a superb work ethic.
Professional maturity and experience to interact with senior
stakeholders. Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI a plus. Willingness to travel
globally. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills. Strong organizational and time management
